These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by AMC Group of Companies (“AMC Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”), which includes Shree Balaji Equipments Pvt. Ltd. Submitting an enquiry, quote request, part finder or tyre finder form is a request for information only and is not an order. Any quotation we provide is subject to confirmation of availability and to the terms stated in it. Sales, rentals, service work and supply of parts or tyres are governed by the separate quotation, purchase order, rental agreement or contract issued by the relevant AMC Group company, which will prevail over anything on this website.

The AMC Group name and logos belong to AMC Group. Names, logos and trademarks of original equipment manufacturers and other brands shown on this website belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the products and brands we represent, supply or support, and their use does not imply any endorsement beyond our stated authorisation or relationship with that brand.

The content of this website, including text, graphics, layout, images and design, is owned by or licensed to AMC Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
