This Privacy Policy explains how AMC Group of Companies (“AMC Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. AMC Group includes Shree Balaji Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (SBEPL), AMC Services & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (ASEPL) and AMC Infra Rentals LLP. The group company that responds to your enquiry acts as the data fiduciary for the personal data you share with it.

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

We collect only the personal data you choose to give us through the forms on this website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp:

• Enquiries and quotes – your name, mobile number, email address, the service, equipment or product you are interested in, and any message you write.
• Part and tyre finder requests – your contact details and equipment information such as brand, equipment type, part type, tyre type, rim and size.
• Job applications and resumes – your name, email address, phone number, location, the role you are applying for, your CV, cover letter and any message.
• Technical data – like most websites, our servers record basic information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site working.

Please do not send us sensitive information, such as financial or health details, through the website forms.

2. How we use your personal data

We use your personal data only for the purpose you shared it for, namely to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide quotations for equipment, spare parts, tyres, service or rentals;
• identify the correct part, tyre or equipment for your requirement;
• process sales, rental, service and support requests, and keep related business records;
• assess job applications and contact candidates;
• keep the website secure and working properly; and
• comply with our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We will not send you marketing messages unless you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Some features of this website are provided by third parties. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps, and some buttons open WhatsApp. When you use these features, the third party may collect information under its own privacy policy. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function and stay secure. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry records are kept while we are dealing with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months so that we can consider you for suitable roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
