Founded by Mr. R.P. Bothra in 1980, AMC Group began as an independent trader and importer of genuine spare parts for globally reputed mobile crane manufacturers under the name-Ashok Marketing Company. Over the decades, AMC Group has built a reputation as a trusted partner for prestigious organizations in the mobile crane and construction equipment industries. The group has established strong relationships with spare parts manufacturers and OEM distributors worldwide, offering a comprehensive range of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical spare parts at competitive prices, along with seamless logistics solutions.

In 2004, AMC Services & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (ASEPL) was formed to extend the group’s expertise further into the technical services and spare parts industry, growing into a renowned name in the crane industry. With strategic alliances in place, the company serves as a parallel source to OEMs, providing spare parts and services to major corporate clients.

Expanding its legacy, AMC Group launched Shree Balaji Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (SBEPL), which became the Authorized Distributor for leading global OEMs such as Kobelco, Godrej MHE, Palfinger, Maeda, JCB, and Hectronic. SBEPL focuses on the sales and service of material handling, mining, and construction equipment, continually enhancing its offerings to meet the needs of customers across Indian industries.

Keeping in mind about the need of our corporate clients who are more inclined to have equipment on rental, we have ventured into rental segment under the name-AMC Infra Rentals LLP (AIR). Under AIR we cater to our corporate customers by providing quality equipment on rent at affordable rates. We also have an experienced team on board to provide service support.

He is a self-made man and visionary in the field of Mobile Crane Services. With 50 years of experience in the field, he has pioneered and built the concept of a ‘Single Window Solutions provider for all types of Mobile Cranes. He has been an ideal team leader.

Arvind Bothra

Director

He heads the sales and Functions of the group business. Being a Mechanical Engineer, he has a keen knowledge of products for Material Handling, Mining, and other Construction Machineries. With 20 years of experience in the field, he has contributed as a key technical person in the AMC Group with his vast knowledge in this domain.

Prashant Bothra

Director

He has 25 years of experience in Client Handling, Account and Supply Chain Management. He heads the Purchase, Distribution and Account vertical of the business. Providing emphatic customer service and eagerly setting up a benchmark in Customer Satisfaction. He has contributed immensely towards taking the company to new heights.

With 21 Years rich experience in diversified business, Rohit is heading TYRES & LUBES division of the Group and under his able leadership it is scaling new heights in very short timespan.
