AMC SpyroKAB is an advanced Load Moment Indicator (LMI) and crane safety system, engineered in-house by AMC to help operators lift safely and stay in control. It continuously monitors load, boom angle, boom length and rated capacity, and warns the operator before an overload condition develops.
Built on the principle of Reliable Control. Maximum Safety. Optimal Performance., SpyroKAB combines real-time monitoring, intelligent control and clear audio-visual alerts in one integrated platform, designed around the dust, vibration and demanding duty cycles of real Indian sites.
With more than 200 systems deployed on cranes ranging from 20T to 600T capacity, SpyroKAB has established itself as a superior alternative to traditional load moment indicators with limited functions and features.
SpyroKAB comes in two platforms, so you can match the system to your crane:
- SpyroNext (X7) a 7" display with higher processing power and memory, built to handle a wide range of crane configurations, including telescopic and lattice boom cranes, knuckle boom cranes and reach stackers. It is ready for future Fleet Management, SpyroLink and SpyroVision integration.
- SpyroCore (X4) a compact 4" platform for standard crane applications such as knuckle boom and pick & carry cranes. It is the more economical choice, with the same AMC safety philosophy, overload protection logic and operator-friendly interface.
Every SpyroKAB system is backed by AMC Group's experience in crane parts, service and refurbishment. That means support from installation and commissioning through operator training and ongoing technical assistance.
